ELK Hair & Beauty is a locally owned and operated business by qualified hair and beauty specialist Emma Kuzilni, who needed a clean and elegant face for her brand to further promote her services which include but are not limited to hairdressing and barbering; makeup artistry; cosmetic tattooing; brow tinting; and lash treatments.
